I dunno about other people but I had several bad experience with this PosMalaysia. Among of them is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugee delay of delivery. To date, I've went to Kaunter Serahan PosMalaysia Seri Kembangan twice for finding my lost parcel which they didnt delivered to me without notifying me anything like giving a collection notice or wad so ever.
The 1st time I went there was on 10/03/09 to search for my long awaited GREEN/Days cd which never came to my mail box after almost 2 months after it already been shipped from Japan. At that moment, I was waiting for my Rule/Sparkle cd as well but since it just only been shipped like 2 weeks ago (from the date I went to the post office), so Im not so hoping to get that yet.
So, I went to the staff there, asked whether thay got hold any parcel from Japan to my home address. He took my address, and went to search for it. Few minutes later, they came back, with 2 parcels on hand! My Rule/Sparkle had arrived also! They found my GREEN/Days also (with small bending mark at the boxes which explained about my damaged poster on the previous post).
"Why you didnt send them to my house?" I asked.
"We just got them in hand last week" they replied.
HELLOOO! both items are shipped on different date and the day gap between the two dates are kinda huge. So how come both can arrived at same date ah?! See my item details here and you can compare the date :
I collected my parcels on 10th March 2009 . Take note that I just went there to check beacuse I didnt get any notification notis card to collect my parcel for both items.
1st item: GREEN/Days cd
Origin of shipping : cdJapan, Japan
Date item was shipped out : 19/01/09
Date item was released by Malaysia Custom, KLIA : 28/01/09
Gap between the date item was shipped out and the date I collected my parcel:
50 DAYS!
How many days since it already reached Malaysia (from the custom release)
41 DAYS!
2nd item: Rule /Sparkle cd
Origin of shipping : cdJapan, Japan
Date item was shipped out : 23/02/09
Date item was released by Malaysia Custom, KLIA : 01/03/09
Gap between the date item was shipped and the date I collected my parcel:
15 DAYS!
How many days since it already reached Malaysia (from the custom release)
9 DAYS!
See how huge the gap, and they still can say they just got my GREEN/Days last week?? at the same day with my Rule/Sparkle which was shipped much later?? what a big joke.. 15 days is acceptable, but 41 days, is definitely not! Shipped from same place with same shipping method, but so big difference in time delivery? Haha.
I doubt if I will got my items incase I didnt go check there that day =.=
And just recently, I went for second time to search for another parcel. This time for US and its already shipped around 3 weeks by the sender. And as expected, they found my parcel, and again the reason,
" We just got the item today". ('today' is 20/03/09 and the item was released by custom on 6th March).
What a lame same reason just to cover up their inefficiency. And when I dig back about my previous "visit" to the pos office, mentioning about those dates wad so ever, the staff start to lost words, and the he said KL post office might cause the delay. lol, now wan blame KL pulak.
Come on, it already happened twice, thats not included my dad experiences which happened at least twice, also for the same issue. And my bro who almost miss his registration day to MRSM, bcause the post office never send the offer letter to our house (yeah, thats right. the letter was received after we went to check at that post office).
Oh well, Im looking forward for few items to reach my house currently, so if it happened again, I guess I'll just need to write a complaint letter regarding this.

My Public Bank Visa Electron Arrived!
0 comments 2/14/2009 01:50:00 AM Posted by ReenLabels: Random Mumble
Yay~ after 1 month of waiting, finally this yellow card is in my hand and I cant wait to use it >< style="color: rgb(255, 255, 102);">Step 1:
Complete the form provided at their website or click this link:
http://www.pbebank.com/en/features/applyDCard.jsp?product=VE
Step 2:
After completing the form, print it put your signature at box provided in the printed form.
For applicant below 18, your parent's signature are required.
Step 3:
Send the form together with required material stated on the form ( photocopy of your IC) and send it to the address provided at the form.
After around 1 week, (if you anxious) you might call the card service centre to ask whether they had recieved you application. And after around 1 month, you can call the customer service again to ask whether your card has been approved or not.
Here is the number:
03-2176 8000
Step 4:
After around 1 month, you will get the first letter from the bank which asking you to deposit a minimum ammount of RM25 into your debit card accound. The account number (16 digit number) will be stated on the letter.
Wondering how to deposit the RM25? Here is few ways to get it done (you can use these method to fund your account later):
1) Just proceed to any Public Bank cash deposit machine and deposit the ammount into the acc
number. IMPORTANT! please choose "credit card payment" option when deposit the money
or
2) For those who already have a Public Bank saving account, you can just transfer the ammount
to your debit card account by using Public e-banking.
or
3) If you are a Maybank account holder and had register at Maybank2u.com, you can just
transfer the ammount by using Inter Giro Bank transfer from your maybank account to your
Public debit card account. Take note that RM2 will be charged to your Maybank account.
(I used the 3rd options because that day the cash deposite machine is offline =.= and its unconvenient for me to always go to the Seri Kembangan Public Bank, mainly is because of PARKING problem and the distance from my house)
Step 5:
After around 1 week from the day you deposit the money, the card will finnally be sent to your home via PosLaju..yay~ (^_^)V
P/S: the card pin number will be sent to you after around 2 weeks from the date of your card being issued. (its really a long process isnt it?)
For your own convenient (checking online statement, etc) I suggest you to register PB-ebank as well. Heres how to do:
1. complete this form: http://www.pbebank.com/en/en_content/images/fdml08b.pdf
2. Bring it to the nearest Public Bank branches and hand it to "Customer Service" at the bank.
(of course u need to take your queue number 1st)
Make sure you bring your IC and your debit card as well!
3. Wait awhile and the staff will give you an envelope contain tempo user id and password for
PB-ebank. (you can change it later after sign in)
cant find any nearest Public Bank branch? Here is another option:
1. Wait for you pin number to be sent to you.
2. Go to nearest Public atm machine, and register there. More details can refer to this link:
http://www.pbebank.com/en/en_content/info/about.html
For those who want link the card to PayPal account, please make sure that your account has minimum ammount of RM35 or else the card cannot be verified.
To link your card, just click "add credit/debit card" and fill in the required information. PayPal will charge you for USD1.95 and you need a 4 digit number to verified this card. The will appear on your card statement as well as your online statement (this is when registration of PB-ebank become usefull). It will take around 4 working days before the number appears on your online statement.
After you get the 4 digit, key in at verifying page at paypal, and tada..! You can use your debit card for purchasing thing via paypal or withdrawing money from you paypal account to you card account.
I think thats all about the debit card.
You can ask me more about the card (I've been doing research about this quite awhile before applying it. lol) or you can surf for more information over the net. =D

Not happy.
1 comments 2/01/2009 03:53:00 PM Posted by ReenLabels: Work
Im not happy with my current tempo job. Its very tiring and stressful and it make me feel lifeless. Six day of hardworking and 1 day off just to rest my poor foot and legs. Dealing with money is hard too. Do mistake and you might end up with short counter and finally there goes your money to the drain for somthing that sometimes is actually not from our fault.
Recently there is roberry at nearest branch, and because of that, main door need to be closed for customer from 1am-6am. Customer need to order from outside and we need to get the things for them. Maybe all off you think this isnt such a big problem. But actually its really problematic. The store located near to 24hour McD with some mamak restaurant around, so dun expect 1am no more customer already. A lot of people at the entrance waiting to be served. 1st I need to ask the customer what they want, then I need to look for the things they desired in the shop, scan all the item as well as calculate the total ammount price at the cashier, pass the item to the customer and take money and go back to cashier machine take balance if any and pass the balance to customer. And I need to repeat all these steps till the crowd stop!. It will be easier if 2 person work at the cashier at the same time but most of the time other worker need to do other stuff, so its me who always run here and there inside the store to serve the customers. It became more chaotic on weekends night. Haiz..today I'll have night shift again.. Well, I noe closing door might be the safest precaution method from robber, but its really not efficient for store located in non-isolated area.
I feel like looking for a new job now. >.<
